About Deborah McGuire

I got my start in Real Estate in 1991 with the inimitable Gordona Duca (an icon in Tulsa/OK Real Estate), who taught me everything I needed to know to become a problem-solving, compassionate, and knowledgeable real estate agent. The training and encouragement helped me win Rookie of the Year my first year in Real Estate. I had a successful individual Real Estate career but in 2013 I decided to partner with Jessica Cooley to form the McGuire Cooley Team. It was our goal to be mentors to associates with less experience and give them the best training and opportunity to be successful in this industry. Since our partnership began, we have been in the top 10 Selling Teams at Coldwell Banker Select, several consecutive years as Tulsa People Top 100, Coldwell Banker Presidents Circle, and more. We now have a team of 5 and average 18-22 Million Dollars in sales and 100 transactions a year.

In 2019 I was given the opportunity to be part of the Coldwell Banker Select team as the Business Development and Coach of several of our associates. We have developed a 3-tier coaching program from newly licensed associates to some of the most successful associates in our industry. To help associates learn to be the CEO of their own company and help them create a service and business that will lead them to succeed is one of the most rewarding things I have ever had the privilege to do.

On a personal note, I have been married since 1989 to the love of my life, I have a daughter and son in law currently live in Atlanta GA as my daughter is finishing her fellowship year as an ENT Doctor and my son and daughter live in Tulsa and just gave me by first grandbaby. A beautiful red-headed boy. I have been told that the one-word people use to describe me is passionate. Passionate about my God, about my family, about Real Estate, and of course my OU Sooners.
